Unable to remove Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2013.
I attempted to remove MO PP 2013 in order to set up the updated 2016 release. However, when I selected "Uninstall," a message appeared stating that the language of this installation package isn't supported by your system. I tried using Microsoft Fix It, but it has been taking about an hour without progressing. Any advice would be appreciated.
