Unable to reach the social club, encountering error 134.
The game started fine until last night when it only launched offline and then froze with error 134. I tried various fixes online but nothing helped. After uninstalling and reinstalling, the issue persisted with error 134. I contacted support via Rockstar’s site but received a message that the server couldn’t be reached.
