Hi guys, been meaning to join for a long time, so I thought this would be as good a time as any. I'm having issues accessing shared files in Windows, just like I seem to every single time I have a new setup and need to see if I can get any pointers. Let me go through the setup first - I have a Mac Mini running Snow Leopard and a Raspberry Pi 3 which I'm trying to set up Lakka on. I previously had the Mac running fine on my old network, so it should all be set up just fine and be perfectly discoverable. The Raspberry Pi should also show up automatically on my network as below: As far as I can tell, I have set all sharing permissions in Windows, although I don't think that should be much of an issue anyway. Below is how my network configuration taken from my router IP. Because my phone line is far away from everything else, I have a Powerline adapter connected to it, which is why eveything shows as being connected to Port 1. My PS4 (192.168.1.81), Mac (192.168.1.80) and Pi (192.168.1.79) are all connected via a Netgear Gigabit network switch. All of them connect to the network fine and I can access videos on my Plex Server on the Mac from my PC, so it's just Windows Explorer that doesn't want to play ball... Any help sorting this out would be most appreciated...

Add the network drive instead of searching for it. It functions properly. Just navigate to the device, type \\192.168.1.80\SHARENAME, and input your username and password.

You've successfully added the external Mac drive as a subfolder. To reach the Pi's root folder without it, you'll need to set up a network location for each desired folder. This means creating separate network drives or locations for each path you want to access, rather than trying to include the root directly.
