I can link with many other TAs, but when I attempt it, I tried connecting to a friend one day and then didn’t take any action. Now I’m stuck with this TS. I refreshed my DNS several times, but nothing is working. Here’s my TS log.

You need to remove its blacklist status manually, and since you can't use CMD, try using the appropriate system tools or contact support for assistance.

The Wi-Fi signal here is interfering, forcing the server to use 4G instead. This suggests your device isn't avoiding the blacklist entirely. You're unable to ping the server—do you have control over your router?
