I’ve tried enabling secure boot to play Val, but when CSM is off I can’t reach the BIOS menu. After resetting the BIOS via the CMOS battery, it works again, though CSM gets reenabled. This seems unusual with your system setup. Could there be a way to resolve this issue? Your PC configuration includes: Gigabyte Z390 UD, Intel i5 9600KF, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB DDR4 3200, NVIDIA RTX 2060 Super, MSI Twin Frozr 7, Samsung NVMe SSDs, and a 2015 TV connected via HDMI. I don’t have a DP cable and have tested other TVs without success.

Turning off CSM might allow entry to the BIOS? Check the official guide here: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-enter...ows-10-pcs. If yes, be happy—only those with your login details can reach the BIOS.

Unfortunately, the display remains blank, requiring a system restart to restore normal operation.

You haven't found a fix. Your issues vary: bios stops working when CSM is off, you hear beeps during boot, and after swapping the GPU it functions properly. It’s frustrating.
