They're placed correctly. I also attempted to increase the frequency above 3200mhz, but it didn't work. No changes since the early post.

I checked more carefully about the setup, considering how my water lines are laid out. It turns out the RAM slots weren’t in the right positions. After moving them, everything functions perfectly. Grateful to all who offered suggestions—I wouldn’t have considered it otherwise.
