The only idea that comes to mind is a parent would need to purchase and provide the child with the game (uncertain), while downloads lack age verification and deliver directly to the hard drive.

I faced the same issue you did and opted for a keyboard. GTA online is okay to wait on—you already have a cracked one. You're using a gift card, correct?
