it starts normally until i reach the screen where you have to press a button to continue. i had my controller on and it's stuck on saying press start (the xbox 360 start button) it can't read any inputs not on the controller or even the keyboard. i restarted my computer and still have same issue... this is the first start after installing it. http://i.imgur.com/sghb6Py.png

Check the file integrity on Steam first. If unsuccessful, attempt to run it using keyboard and mouse controls.

I believe I experienced a similar issue; reinstalling the gamepad on the title screen could assist.

I faced issues with both the keyboard/mouse and the controller reloading the game. I'll check again if the problem recurs.

same issue persists even after disabling the controller in Device Manager; the game still blocks me from using a DAM controller.
