Verify with another server or a temporary VM that issuing certificates is possible for other devices. Exclude the CA from being the root problem, focusing instead on the client side.

Multiple mistakes were found. The process encountered a fatal error while setting up a TLS client credential. The internal error code is 10013. No problems detected with RDP; connection should work smoothly.
