I'm working on improving my parents' home network and switching from AP-Lites to AP-AC-Pros. This upgrade includes a Cloud Key to address controller problems. I just completed the setup and tried logging back into the controller, but it's not working. I don't remember the password, even though there are only two possible options. I pressed the forgot password button, which sends an email, but it doesn't arrive. Anyone have any advice? I can access the system through my Unifi account and see the username, but I can't change the password or log in using the IP address (192.168.1.2). Any suggestions? Thanks!
