I face issues where the small icon keeps spinning without response. When using Win Aero, it only updates when no other users are online. Can you suggest a solution or method to resolve this?

Avoid downloading Tweakslogon directly. Instead, open the file at "C:\Windows\System32\oobe" and confirm the folder and its files aren’t restricted.
