Unable to modify the fan velocity.
Hello! I have an Asus ROG STRIX B550-A gaming board with AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800X3D. For cooling, I use a Corsair H100i RGB Platinum SE white and added four more Corsair LL120 White RGB fans inside the case. After installation, my case fans spin quickly and boost when the CPU is active. They work as CPU coolers even though they’re mounted on CHA FAN 1 and 2 headers. The two additional fans from the processor heatsink connect to a pump, which links to a USB header on the motherboard and run smoothly at low speeds. I also updated the BIOS, and it still displays over 4000 RPM in the fan settings.
It seems you're asking about the appearance of all this in iCUE. Could you clarify what you mean? Are you referring to the visual design, interface, or something else? Let me know so I can help better.
Follow the curve in your BIOS settings. If connected to the motherboard, they won't work with iCUE. To link all case fans via iCUE, consider a Corsair fan controller that connects through USB like the AIO.
Out of the box it spins smoothly up to 1000 rpm, and you can boost its speed as the processor runs faster.
Hello, The issue is that the fan RPM rises when the CPU fan spins faster. I swapped in a deepcool air cooler with AG400 RGB, but the problem persists. The case fans are linked to a carair controller via USB 2.0, which is connected to the motherboard. I’m struggling to resolve this. Ran Cinebench 2024 for a stability check and the fans began increasing RPM while the case fans sounded ready to spin. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.
