Hello! I’m facing some problems with my computer freezing. I’ve tried many fixes like updating BIOS, graphics drivers, firmware on mice, rebooting, disabling XMP, cleaning connections, and using compressed air. My PC specs are an i5 8400 B360M Pro-vh 1060 with 3GB RAM, 16GB storage, and 2400MHz. I downloaded the BIOS from MSI onto several USB drives and saved the folder as a compressed file. In File Explorer it appears as a "190 file" but the system doesn’t recognize it when flashing the motherboard. I’m seeing error code 0xc000000f and don’t know what to do next. Please help me.

I'm checking whether you want to refresh the BIOS through your operating system or straight from the BIOS itself.
