I really don’t trust Prime95 much. Memtest64 works well for checking memory reliability and catching errors. It seems like your approach is fairly consistent, no matter the task.

Adjust the SOC voltage to 1.175–1.2V and set RAM to 1.45V using the DRAM calculator settings. Change CPU voltage to 1.425V and retest. These values are safe. Some memory modules support XMP certification at 1.45V. The SOC can handle up to 1.25V for regular use. If stability fails, consider reducing clock speeds. Good luck!
