Maybe I’m being too simple about it, but Cerys appears between the floors. I think there are three levels in the keep: the upper floor, the lower floor, and the main level. She seems to be below the upper floor but above the main level. I’m not sure if I’m misunderstanding anything or if there are more than one upstairs.
