I don't see the AMD FTDM configuration option listed on your 3600 Ryzen 5 with BIOS B450M motherboard. Check the BIOS menu or consult the manual for FTDM settings.

Looking through your motherboard manual doesn't reference fTPM, TPM or trusted platform terms. It's possible this option isn't adjustable at all.
