Do you own a Z-series motherboard such as Z690 or a B-series that supports the B660 chipset? The CPU-Z mainboard section should display these details. Even with an unlocked K-series CPU, you still require a Z-series chipset. This could be why XTU isn't functioning properly.

Hey, Yes, I followed all the steps, one by one. I followed your suggestions as well, but since it is a completely new build/install, I did not bother reinstalling the OS. Would you suggest that as well? Oh, and yes, I read the link @unclewebb I do have a Gigabyte AORUS Pro Z690 mobo (DDR5) - Chipset is, obviously, Z690. I checked the compatibility of all the parts for OCing (from PSU to RAM). Cheers!

Consider using ThrottleStop 9.5 rather than Intel XTU. This tool enables overclocking and CPU voltage adjustments within Windows. You may find screenshots of the TPL and FIVR interfaces helpful. It could reveal why Intel XTU is restricted on your system.

Hello, this software functions best when UEFI settings are set to their default configuration, mainly focusing on RAM and CPU. For versions starting from XTU 7.0.1.4, the issue persists and doesn't resolve unless Windows boots in Testing mode. If you're using WSA or any Hyper-V-related tools, the software won't activate properly. You might want to enable throttle stop at https://www.techpowerup.com/download/tec...ottlestop/, which manages GPU and CPU settings effectively. It applies changes immediately and keeps them after a reboot if voltage/frequency settings are enabled (only if the system is stable).
