I recently updated Windows 10 due to virus issues and excess files on my drives. To protect my important data, I saved it on a USB stick and performed a clean installation. Initially everything functioned properly until I installed Origin, FIFA 17, and DS4Windows. These programs kept failing to launch—Origin windows disappeared when starting games, the FIFA launcher never appeared, and DS4Windows.exe would show a loading circle but never start. Unlike other applications like Firefox or Steam, these .exe files caused problems. I’ve tested running them in admin mode or various compatibility settings, but nothing worked.

In FIFA 17, tried fixing the issue by repairing the game or using a verification/repair command—sometimes it helped.
