Hello, over the past few days I've struggled to open any of these files and watched some YouTube videos suggesting network settings tweaks, but nothing worked. I've attached the screenshots below; they might be useful if anyone can assist. I'm currently using Windows 10 and planning to switch to Windows 11, though I'm not sure if that will help.

Are you using a VPN by accident or on a limited network? Try the network troubleshooter for possible solutions. If it doesn’t help, updating Windows might resolve the issue. That could take some time.

Actually, the issue was with my antivirus program—removing and readding it fixed the problem. Thanks!
