I saved the program called 'HD uninstaller native.exe' to completely remove 'bluestacks emulator'. Now when I try to run it, nothing happens—just a pop-up saying "BlueStacks uninstalled successfully." But after that, some of my Start menu apps like File Explorer, This PC, and Command Prompt don’t open at all. The icons are still there but not functioning. I got this software from a YouTube video (https://youtu.be/92AMnYFVE-M).

Without precise details about what the program did, understanding the issue remains difficult. Because its background is unclear, it’s wise to save your files and do a fresh Windows setup, as there’s no way to confirm if malware was present. Avoid downloading unknown software from YouTube links, as they can pose risks.
