I adjusted the BIOS settings and restarted the PC, but clicking remained impossible. I set up a new admin account and now the mouse works again. My main mouse settings seem faulty in my primary account. If you connect a second mouse, it functions perfectly. It looks like the issue lies with your main mouse configuration.

It operates correctly only when two mice are connected simultaneously.

No, deleting the first mouse doesn't stop the second from working. Remember, my first mouse functions when I enter safe mode.

Did you remove any mouse-related programs from your primary account? Were there any adjustments made to USB configurations in the BIOS prior to the issue?
