I've been trying to upgrade my CPU from an AMD A10-9700 (4C+6G) to a Ryzen 5 3600 (6C+12T), but it hasn't worked. After installing the new chip onto the motherboard, the PC starts up but doesn’t function properly—no BIOS loading either. I’ve fetched BIOS updates from ASUS, yet the board still can’t recognize the USB 3.0 drive, no matter which port I connect it to. The update process is blocked and the new CPU isn’t working. Could you share the latest BIOS files for my motherboard model? Also, please give clear steps for applying the update and any ways to fix the USB detection issue. Any other suggestions would be helpful.
