Unable to install any operating system following the post, but BIOS is still accessible.
Details: PSU is EVGA 0600-K1 80 PLUS Bronze, 600W CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 3400G, Motherboard is ASUS ATX ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING II BIOS, RAM is Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 at 3200MHz with 16GB (2x8GB), CL16. There seems to be an issue with my PC and I'm seeking advice on whether the problem lies with the CPU, motherboard, or PSU. The memory issue isn't present since I replaced the modules and the same problem persists. The boot screen varies depending on the operating system being used. Sometimes I can boot from a USB drive and the PC restarts immediately. This setup functioned for about a year before the issue started. Appreciate any suggestions or insights on what might be causing this. Note*: I'd like to test my CPU or motherboard with working parts, but I don't have spare components available.
