Unable to install a gigabyte Z690 Elite DDR4 module
I follow the instructions in the manual and what the YouTube videos suggest—try this USB, use FAT32. Use a 4GB or 6GB stick. I just got a new motherboard: Gigabyte Aurus Elite Z690 DDR4. It comes with a 13600K processor. I inserted the stick, pressed the flash button on the board but nothing happened. The motherboard has 24 pins and the 8-pin EPS only connects when plugged in. After clearing CMOS, pressing the Q-Flash button didn’t trigger it. When I pressed Q-Flash, the PC started up normally without an orange light. I spent a few hours troubleshooting and feel stuck. Most people say I saved me, but I’m confused about what to do next. If I can’t fix it, I might have to revert to the old PC until things are resolved. Thanks for any advice!
