You've recently updated Windows 10 and are still facing issues with a slow startup. You have a registry entry to disable it, used a batch file for previous fixes, but fast boot isn't enabled in BIOS, and hibernation/fast startup options aren't accessible in the power menu. I didn't detect that functionality. The recommended approach is to press ALT+F4 to restart or shut down.

It might have been that mistake—just restarted and nothing came up. I didn’t notice that option before, so sorry for the oversight!
