It seems the problem likely involves Vodafone's IPv6 Dual-Stack Lite implementation. You're probably missing a unique IPv4 address and need to switch to your IPv6 address. As noted in their documentation, you can use this utility to check your IPv6 address for open ports.
The server I'm attempting to host is limited to IPv4 due to unsupported IPv6 settings. I've heard about VPN tunnels that could bridge IPv4 and IPv6, but I need to explore that further. Still, I'm puzzled as to why I can run a server over a simulated LAN network. My users rely on LogMeIn Hamachi for this purpose. If DS-Lite blocks this connection—which might be the case—I wonder how LogMeIn Hamachi manages it. I don’t care about the technical details; I just need to know if DS-Lite could be the issue, even though others are using LogMeIn Hamachi. Thanks for your assistance so far and the information you uncovered.
With Hamachi you link to a completely different physical network. Adjustments on your local network (except for blocking Hamachi's outbound ports) don't affect its operation. This seems related to the game not supporting IPv6 addresses, or perhaps no documentation confirms it should work with them. If you can't enter an IPv6 address, DuckDNS can help map your IP to a subdomain.
I managed to resolve the issue by contacting Vodafone support and describing the problem. They explained that a regular customer wouldn’t receive a public IPv4 address, which meant I couldn’t fix it without their assistance since only they can alter that setting. The server is now functioning correctly. Thanks again, @PorkishPig for your guidance. Your help clarified that the issue was related to IPv4 rather than the ports.
