Are you using an NVMe or SATA SSD? I've checked a bit more, what space do you have left on your drive? There seems to be a connection with network adapter issues, but let's focus on your SSD first.

It has 29g left - also its a SATA drive Technically its enough space but im open to deleting some things if need be

It's likely there isn't enough room for an upgrade. If possible, you could move some data from your SSD to your HDD first, which would be the next step for your situation.

You’d need to transfer the game files from the SSD to the HDD, then reinstall it on the new drive. Make sure the installation directory is correct beforehand.

Are you unsure about the installation method, possibly using the standalone version from Square Enix? Do you prefer launching it via Steam or directly from the installer?

It seems uncertain about moving the files. You might transfer them to the folder where they're currently stored, then copy them from your SSD to your HDD. If needed, perform a file integrity check to help reposition the data.
