I recently purchased a new motherboard MSI z270-A PRO, an i5 7600K, along with 2666MHz Corsair LPX DDR4 RAM to match my old R9 280. My main drive is a Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD, with a Samsung 840 EVO 240GB as a backup, and I have an old HDD in RAID 0 plus a 1TB HDD. I reformatted the system once before swapping components because it was unstable and slow. Recently, I bought two new case fans and turned off my PC to see if it would trigger automatic repair. After three attempts, it kept entering automatic repair mode. When I finally exited, I found myself stuck in a loop of a spinning dot for hours. I then reformatted again, but this time the Windows 10 install was extremely slow, taking over 15 minutes before loading. The language and keyboard language options appeared, and I clicked next, only to see the setup wizard start for an hour with a glowing hourglass cursor. I tried opening DiskPart, but it didn’t load. I’ve been working hard all day without success—please help me out!

Consider performing a full system reset by using the Windows Media Creation utility. Wipe all existing drives and follow the entire setup again. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...tion-media

You've been working on setting up for about two hours, and your bootable USB was created using the Windows Media Creation Tool. You're unsure what to do next.

Try restarting your computer and clearing the installation folder. If that doesn't work, consider using a recovery mode or reinstalling from a backup.

At this stage, simply remove all content, effectively applying a formatting change for clarity.

I've been loading for 3 hours trying to get to this part I feel like it's never going to load, there's an hourglass cursor before this screen and it just forever setting up. I'm basically stuck at this guy's video except like 3 hours.

Initially I’m confused by the replies since they’re not reviewing your posts carefully. It looks like you might have some unusual problems, so I recommend disconnecting anything else except the screen, mouse, keyboard, and power. Connect only your main SSD to the motherboard. Attempt booting from the installation USB and check if you remain stuck. If so, reset CMOS, navigate to BIOS, verify AHCI mode and WHQL support for Windows 8/10, then retry. I’ll follow up later with your outcome. Good luck!

This message highlights gratitude for help, mentions waiting three hours, and expresses relief after reformatting the computer. It also seeks clarity on a traffic jam issue and notes the importance of learning from mistakes. The post is signed with a thank you to @Storytellar and includes an edit date.
