I recently set up Windows 10 and installed several programs using Ninite, along with the necessary drivers for Intel and AMD GPUs. Everything seemed to function properly at first—task manager opened easily via the task bar or CTRL+ALT+DEL, and I could play games and use some applications. Over time, I noticed updates appearing in Windows, but nothing significant happened. Recently, when trying to open Task Manager, it wouldn’t appear at all. I had to navigate to the START menu and run it as an administrator. The sfc /scannow command didn’t work either. It looks like there might be an issue with permissions or something similar. I’ve checked my UAC setting and found it set to Lightshot’s profile ([RECOMMENDED SETTINGS]). Please assist me—I’ve experienced this problem every time I reinstall Windows.
