I changed my motherboard from B650e-i rog strix to B650 plus wifi (TUF). I reinstalled everything from the beginning, updated the BIOS (now running version 3208). When I power on DOCP it fails to boot and jumps into safe mode, which I can then reset. There are no problems with benchmarks or temperatures when it’s off. What’s wrong is why I can’t enable DOCP? It worked with the other board. See attached files. The RAM is Corsair Vengeance 32GB, placed in the 2nd and 4th slots as noted on the board manual.

View the captured images showing the adjustments made when configuring DOCP 1. For the other board, it wasn't clear exactly when the changes occurred after disabling access.

It seems the system is rejecting something. You might turn off DOCP, save your current settings, and then adjust the DRAM speed manually (start at 5600) using slower board timings. If that works, increase to 6000 with slower timings. Two slot boards usually perform better than four, though those boards don’t seem special.

It doesn't appear the SOC voltage is adjusting properly. The current reading seems around 0.95V. You may want to increase it slightly, like to 1.1V. The safest limit is about 1.2V, though going higher isn't always advantageous.

I attempted this once and it functioned properly. The second try brought it back to safe mode. Are these components of low quality? It was configured as auto, adjusting the frequency to 1.1v initially resolved the issue at startup with a 5600 mHZ setting. However, 5800 mHZ failed again. Also, the 5600 mHZ setting sometimes felt unreliable—it worked one time but triggered a blue screen for repair later.

It's at 5600 with DOCP settings. Trying 1.2V SOC could improve performance. Adjusting VDD and VDDQ voltages might also help. I’ve got solid knowledge of DDR5 to guide you. @Somerandomtechyboi can assist if needed.
