I blocked an application to see if it could reach the authentication server, but now it can’t be removed from the list. I set up an outbound rule for it, yet it appears in the firewall section instead of being listed there. Adding a new rule to let it through the firewall doesn’t resolve the issue.

Right-clicking the rule should reveal options for Disable or Delete. When you hover over other rules, those actions become available. Ensure you open the Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security as Administrator by right-clicking from the Start Menu and selecting that option. If this doesn't work, check the PowerShell command to remove the rule (run as Administrator). For further assistance, consider restarting the Windows Firewall service or rebooting your system.
