You have multiple displays connected, but the system isn't recognizing the fourth one. The 3070 supports up to 7680x4320, yet scaling down doesn’t help. Windows and NVIDIA controls show the device, but you can’t adjust settings or see an image. It seems your setup is limited by the maximum resolution supported by the GPU.
