Unable to Connect as Arena Commander - Star Citizen Community
Right, hello! So after waiting through all the updates, I launch SC and walk around my slightly different hanger for a bit before pressing escape and selecting "Electronic Access" to play the arena commander. However, both arena commander and Star Marine are not select able. I know that Star Marine should be unplayable right now, but arena commander? Am I just being stupid (like normal ) and missing something here? Thanks for your help!

since 1.1.5 the multiplayer connection has had some problems. you might want to look at the RSI forums and the support forums for more information—they can offer better insights and developers assistance.
The Aurora LN pack is the only one without Arena Commander. The Aurora MR and Mustang Alpha AC starter packs include the pass. You're unsure how you got it, but you'll need to purchase the Arena Commander pass separately. In your account settings, under "My gear," you should see "Module Passes - Arena Commander" if you already have it.
I checked my RSI account and noticed something strange—before the update I could still play in Arena Commander. I sent them a message asking about the changes, but haven’t received a reply yet. I’m hoping to get back online soon. Also, the new launcher crashes after just a few seconds, giving me enough time to type in half of my login name. When I first downloaded the game, all those hexagons (or maybe octagons?) showed green checkmarks.
How long has it been since you purchased the LN? If it's been under ~1.5 years I’d say it malfunctioned when you were allowed to play before, since @ colt92 pointed out there are no LN packs with AC access and around 1.5 years ago was when the alpha access packs ran out. Probably unless you got an AC pass or upgraded from a MR, you wouldn’t have access. Your account shows enlistment on 16/07/15, so I think that’s likely the situation.
