Hi, your internet problems seem to be related to DNS settings. You mentioned using Google's open DNS on your phone and it worked there, but not on your PC. The message you received suggests a limitation at the ISP level, possibly due to router restrictions. You've already tried changing DNS on Windows, but still can't access sites. It might help to check if your router has built-in controls preventing external DNS usage, or explore alternative configurations like using a different DNS provider. Let me know what you try next!

Did you verify the DNS settings after the adjustment? You can check the active DNS server by running an nslookup for google.ca. It should display 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 as the queried DNS server.

What router are you using? A picture would assist greatly. This isn't guaranteed to function on all devices, particularly Linux systems that may employ a local resolver for caching. dnsleaktest.com offers a more dependable solution.

Situation has deteriorated further. I attempted to reset the configurations, changing the IP assignment to dynamic (DHCP) and setting DNS to auto. Still, I can't access any websites or connect to Steam servers. However, I can ping sites without issues and reach the router admin panel, though it's slow at times. Restarting the PC and router didn't resolve the problem. Phone remains fully functional. I'm including a screenshot of the settings.

The case is resolved—it's a problem at the ISP side.
