Two hours prior, GoodBytes mentioned the update would come out gradually. It seems some users are already accessing it. Since Microsoft uses Pacific Time, the Media Creation Tool patch and any official announcement might be delayed.

Consider using a user-agent switcher to mimic Linux and obtain the Windows 10 ISO. Execute the ISO and it will upgrade automatically, similar to the upgrade assistant.
