The link points to a guide explaining how to install Ubuntu without CD and USB, so it should provide instructions for that setup. Whether it resolves the issue depends on your current environment and requirements.

The program functions by managing USB connections, but it doesn't work properly with them.

You can configure your system without installing a new software. Start from an existing Linux distribution, partition it properly, and set up a fresh boot with your new operating system. Use the remaining root from Mint as your home directory. A live CD or USB is sufficient for this process. You won’t need a bootable installer. After unpacking, you can chroot into the system, set up users, and change your root password. You’ll also need to manually edit /etc/fstab and run mkinitco to copy the configuration to your boot disk. Grub can then be configured to boot automatically. Detailed steps are available in the Arch or Gentoo documentation for this approach.

Check the BIOS settings for the PXE option, then perform a web search for "pxebooting"
