Unable to book Windows 10.
Hey everyone. I had Windows 10 reserved, then decided to reset my laptop because it was running slowly. After resetting, I switched to Windows 8 and installed some updates, ending up on Windows 8.1 Pro. Now I can't find the Get Windows app anymore. Online info says a required update is needed, but it seems like the same one that added a search button next to the username on the homepage. The control panel also shows no new updates available. What might be going on? How should I proceed?
