No, I did not adjust the memory speed using DOCP or any other method.
Are you relying on a profile or DOCP for speed control or adjusting manually? If using a profile and it’s inconsistent, boost the DRAM voltage to around 1.45v and increase SOC voltage by 1.15v. Once stable, gradually lower it until it fails, then adjust back up slightly from the crash point.
