Unable to activate SAM service.

I own a Ryzen 5800X, RX 6900 XT, 32GB RAM, ASUS ROG STRIX B550-I for gaming. I'm trying to understand why SAM isn't working. I remember it was enabled once but now it won't turn on. I looked in the BIOS and saw no indication it can be activated there either. No BIOS updates have been applied.

Yes, the resilient bar is set up with 4G encoding and it is configured to operate without CSM.

BIOS -> Avancé -> Paramètres du sous-système PCI -> Au-dessus de 4G décodage (cela affichera "Option de support BAR réglable"). Activez aussi cela.

CSM refers to CBS. The auto-resizing feature is enabled by default.

CSM stands for Controller Management Software. It’s the same as CSM but refers to the support features. Check your BIOS settings to enable it if needed.
