Unable to activate my USB connections (please seek urgent assistance)
I received a ticket from Gigabyte expecting assistance, but I’m unsure what help I’ll get. My USB hub on the front panel, along with my motherboard’s USB 2.0 and some 3.0 ports, have stopped working—no power at all. I’ve tried everything: clearing BIOS settings via CMOS removal, restarting the PC, disassembling and reassembling it, updating BIOS, chipset, and GPU drivers. Still nothing. The only unusual thing is a debug code 24 on the image, indicating the device isn’t detected. My motherboard is connected to USB 2.0 via the motherboard, but it still gets power like my keyboard, controller, mouse, and camera do. The Device Manager shows only my mouse and keyboard, not the other devices. Additionally, Bluetooth is completely unusable, no matter which drivers I use. This situation is really frustrating.
