I received a 5800X a few days back, it operates smoothly at around 90°C during light tasks. I enabled ECO mode in Ryzen Master and everything worked well. Temperatures stayed below 80°C and my FPS didn’t change noticeably. After adjusting settings in RM and BIOS to avoid needing ECO mode, it now stays off automatically in BIOS or RM. I’m trying to get rid of the ECO feature completely so it won’t interfere. Ideally, it should run close to its advertised 4.7 GHz in most games, with a bit of underclocking during heavy use. I was planning a 5600X but found it’s not available much longer. It seems this model struggles with anything other than near-maximum load. Thanks for any advice! My build is listed below; I’m aiming for a Lian Li Lancool 2 Mesh RGB next week, though the case isn’t the main issue. Sorry if I sound too frustrated.

Launch UEFI, puis réinitialiser au réglage par défaut ? De plus, il est conseillé de remplacer cette carte par un Dark Rock Pro 4 ou un NH-D15.

I just made the BIOS update and it restored everything correctly! I’ll skip Ryzen Master for now.
