I will begin by sharing my PC specifications:
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x (default settings)
Memory: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
RAM: 2x4gb HyperX Predator DDR4 3000mhz
GPU: EVGA SC Ultra RTX 2060
Storage: 1x 250gb Samsung 970 Evo, 1x 1TB Crucial MX500
Power Supply: 2015 Corsair CX750M
The issue I face is that I cannot configure my RAM to 3000mhz (despite purchasing it from Amazon, which claimed it would support that speed). Doing so results in all games crashing. The highest setting I can reach is 2400MHz (default JEMEC), but both AXMP profiles set at 2666 and 2933 MHz cause crashes. I attempted AXMP1 manually, but it didn’t resolve the problem. I also tried adjusting timings and voltages, but nothing worked. I increased the voltage from 1.36 to 1.45, yet I still experienced nothing or a BSOD. I raised the SOC voltage to 1.1, but it had no effect. Memtest86 showed no errors. My motherboard runs the latest BIOS and chipset updates. I suspect this RAM isn’t compatible with B450 boards well—something similar was reported on Amazon by another user who also encountered the same problem. Since I own a second B450 after the one with damaged LAN and USB ports, I might need to switch to a different brand, but currently I can’t because Amazon has stopped accepting non-essential orders to Italy.

You're experiencing the same problem with Corsair Vengeance 3600. In the settings, it shows 1333, but doubling that gives 2.666. Bios lets you choose the speed or auto-detect, but neither option changes it. MSI Tomahawk B450 is listed. You have a Ryzen 1600af.

You've only heard about it but haven't tried it yourself. What should you do with it?

Guide on AMD Ryzen Memory Adjustment and Overclocking
Improving memory performance on AMD Ryzen systems often requires careful tweaking, yet confusion and missing guides have discouraged many hobbyists. This resource aims to remove those barriers.

Power Supply specifications indicate a VDD of 1.2V with typical values, VDDQ matching the same, and VPP around 2.5V. Typical VDDSPD ranges from 2.25V to 3.6V. On-chip termination applies to 16 internal banks divided into four groups of four banks each. The system features a Bi-Directional Differential Data Strobe with an 8-bit pre-fetch and a burst length switch that can be set dynamically between BL8 or BC4 (Burst Chop). Physical dimensions measure 1.661 inches (42.20mm) in height. XMP timing parameters reference JEDEC standards for DDR4-2400 CL17-17-17 at 1.2V, with XMP profiles including DDR4-3200 CL16-18-18 at 1.35V and DDR4-3000 CL15-17-17 at 1.35V. Additional details can be found on the provided forum link.

Sure, just to clarify, the storage size is 2x4GB instead of 2x8GB.

actually it's HX430C15PB3K2/8, probably the same, but in the manual it seems that HX430C15PB3K2/16 already has its first XMP1 profile set to 3000 while its second is at 2666, whereas mine has its first set to 2666 and the second to 2933.
