Unable to achieve over 85 fps on rust-3070
My device has a Ryder 7 5800x and an RTX 3070 with 32GB RAM, but it struggles to exceed 85 fps on Rust.
I might employ a tool such as msi afterburner to identify the problematic component. Check for minimal activity...
I did, everything was being used evenly.
