Unable to achieve a consistent DOCP with the Asus ProArt X870E and 9800X3D.
I believe I've identified the problem. After further testing, I achieved a consistent boot without any problems by removing the PCIe 3x USB board. It appears the boot failure occurred when the board was connected and certain USB devices were attached. I experimented with various devices, but each time something was plugged in, the PC wouldn't start. I'm unsure why this caused a DOCP or boot issue, but my system is now stable without it. I plan to purchase an external USB hub and stop the work there. Thanks for your assistance.
Sure, let me clarify your situation. You're using an Intel Z-890 and experiencing issues with XMP booting on a professional art board. Could you share more about the symptoms and any error messages you're seeing?
