Unable to achieve 60 frames per second in BL3
I began playing BL3 again after noticing the upcoming 4th DLC and realizing I missed the 3rd one. Despite having a GTX 1080 OC at 2103Mhz (very lucky!) and a 6700k OC at 4.1Ghz (unstable, possibly higher), I still struggle to hit 60fps. My tests showed FPS remained steady across settings, suggesting the issue might be CPU-related. I’m wondering if a 6700k is really causing a bottleneck and what advice others have for this situation.
