I attempted to set up Windows by generating a bootable USB using the media creation utility. This issue typically appears when the system encounters a blue screen of death.

I connected a USB drive and it launched immediately as I began my PC setup and attempted the installation.

It might be an issue with your USB drive. You've already tested both Windows 10 and Windows 11, and none worked. Have you considered using another device?
