The Linux installation is meant to restore your files before a full Windows setup. If you're willing to lose data, skip the Linux phase and install Windows directly. Your exact situation is hard to understand in the process, so try to recover. A clean install will bring things back to normal.
I’ll update everything to my 970 Pro instead of using the current drive, unless you want me to keep it where it is. Thanks for the clarification.
