I upgraded from Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10. I received the notification to start the update, but it hasn’t installed properly yet—it’s been over an hour. Could you assist with the upgrade process? Everyone I know, including some non-genuine users, has completed it successfully.
My friends have fake windows but they received the update. They also have 7 ultimate versions. Microsoft said those with fake windows can still get the update.
