Unable to access the window installer tool.
I’m having trouble reaching the window installation screen anymore. This is my first PC build—after connecting the USB I downloaded Windows from my laptop, I managed to enter the installation interface. However, something went wrong, and after following a YouTube tutorial, I left the screen. Now I can’t return. The USB remains in my fixed boot order, but restarting brings me back to the BIOS instead of the installation page, unlike what the videos promised.
I typically re-image the USB using the Windows Installer. I prefer Rufus with a pre-downloaded ISO instead of the Media Creation Tool. After flashing, boot into the newly created Windows Installer and attempt the installation again. If that doesn't work, consider these options: Check if CSM is enabled in your BIOS (it may emulate an old BIOS, which could cause issues with Windows 11). Try a different USB drive or port (Front Panel and motherboard). Reset the BIOS settings either through the BIOS menu or by clearing the CMOS. If further problems persist, please ask for more help—I might be able to assist.
I tried Rufus and successfully connected, but the issue I faced initially on the Windows setup screen is still happening. It displays "No signed device drivers were found." Make sure the installation disc has the proper drivers and then press OK.
Typically this stage isn't needed. It may appear even when you don't click the "Install drivers" option during partitioning.
Exactly what type of data storage do you have? If it is the fancy new non-volatile memory express, NVME device, you might just need to add the device driver. I have not used any of the newer storage devices past sata-based soild state storage, but I'm sure this is a common issue with such new hardware.
