Assisting a friend in updating an outdated bridge setup. Connected via Archer C9 with a TP Link router. Logged into the CPE using the PharOS web interface from a Windows laptop. Disconnected Wi-Fi, both devices plugged into the router via Ethernet. Status lights on the CPE are active. Manually assigned IP 192.168.0.10 to the laptop as per manual instructions—no conflicting devices share that address. Tried changing IPs (0.40, 0.78, etc.) but nothing worked. After configuration, the interface redirects to 192.168.0.254, which isn’t showing up. Using the router app confirms the laptop is connected, but the CPE remains invisible. Swapped laptop into the router and it appears, indicating Ethernet ports aren’t the issue. Rebooted multiple times without success. No VPN or proxy used. Seeking advice from TP-Link support urgently. Thanks!

I'm facing the same issue too—can't reach the default IP address. It seems the problem isn't with my laptop, as it connects easily to other CPE devices. Even after several resets, it still doesn't connect. Could the CPE system be corrupted? I was in the middle of setting it up when there was a blackout, causing the device to power off and then fail to reconnect afterward. Have you received any guidance from TP support?
